Delvocid Instant
Delvocid Instant is an antimycotic compound made of the active natamycin and lactose，it is active against all yeasts and moulds but has no effect on product quality。
Delvocid Instant properties：
No colour，odour，taste；Solubility in water and organic solvents is very low；
At room temperature about 50 mg dissolves in 1 litre of pure water；
In the crystalline form natamycin is extremely stable。
Delvocid Instant Advantages.
Active against all yeasts and moulds when used in extremely low concentrations；
Sufficient long activity and no resistance developed；No bactericidal activity, so it does not interfere with bacteriological surface growth which the product needs；
Remains on the surface and no penetrate into products；
No effect on product quality、appearance、colour、odour and taste。
Natural and safe for the consumer，MIC：2-5ppm，ADI：0-0.3mg/kg；
No increase in costs：in fact，A substantial saving due to food deterioration is avoided。
